The government has but a short list of duties. First on that list is The Peoples' safety. The administration failed miserably in this tragedy. And it'll have far-reaching, possibly dire, consequences for all involved in that community and beyond. That man took an oath, and over a 3 year period, I believe he has broken that oath.
