I was listening to this song when I found out my grandpa died. He was my best friend, he was there when my mother wasn't. When she had better things to do than watch my brother and I grow up. Every now and then I come back to this song, and think of him. This song makes me feel like here is still here by my side. To be honest it's been hard without him. Theres been times where I almost gave in to those suicidal thoughts, theres been times where my wrists had been cut. But then I realized, he wouldn't have want it this way. Everyday his memory reminds me to keep living, for him, for myself and for those around me. Because without him, I wouldn't be who I am today.
