What you have recommended here is what I've done in my life as well, so it's great to hear that I'm in the right path! I'm a Software Engineer and in my first 10 years I've been mostly focused on my career. Then I started to diversify, by investing first in the stock market, and now looking into invest in real estate. Software eng. is still my best skill, my biggest income, but it's time to have multiple streams to become wealthy! Great video!
