So,

3x-2y+12=0

3x-2*3x/4 +12=0

3x-2*3x/4 = -12

3x-3x/2= -12

(6x-3x)/2 =-12

3x/2 =-12

x = -12*2/3

x= -8

therefore the point of x is -8

3x-2y+12=0 put x=-8

-24 -2y +12=0

-2y = 12

y= 12/-2

y= -6

Therefore the point on graph is (x, y) = (-8, -6).
