In this video, I will show you how speed paint Ultramarines - the poster boys of the 41st Millennium! I'll show you how to get a tabletop standard really quickly, and then also show you how to take this up a notch for tabletop+

This process can also be used on tanks - which is great when building out a whole army!

Do you find it necessary to do the black primer before the macragge blue spray?

Super helpful guide. Thank you! Quick question: it might be the lighting, but the shoulder pad seemed to get glossy around 3:46 (whereas it looked more matte at 3:40). Did you do anything special to achieve that look?

Some question to ask
Do you base a layer of macragge blue paint after done priming?
And after the space marine painted, does it has a large contrast between the light blue surface and the black shadow area? If it has a large contrast, what would you suggest to build the transaction

What Brush did you use, it had a great tip when doing the recessed shading.

DO you think Celestium blue is better than Leviadon blue for the recess shading?

Was the macragge blue done with an airbrush or a spray can?

Are you actually going to go back to doing painting guides for individual models? I used to watch a lot of your stuff and you haven’t done any of the more recent models. Are you not doing those types of tutorials anymore?

I'm hoping to get this good lol but my macrage blue never turns out this color, it's like a duller version

I love these short how to videos to get troopers painted up. You have never really done a “pink” themed video - how about some Emperor’s Children? They get no love 🥲
