We've been trying to get family sharing running so I can play games I bought on my brother's account, but for whatever it's like sharing was never even activated; completely empty library like I just made it. What is going on?

I need to know this because I now have a new PC and he can't just sign me in whenever I want.

For those of you who are still confused, here is the short explanation:

-Log in to your Steam account on another laptop/PC and turn on the "authorize library sharing on this device" toggle

-Select your family members steam accounts name below.

-then, logout your steam account from your family members laptop/PC, let your family members login to their steam account again.

-Voila!, Your family members can see your game library, your games will appear and can be seen at their library.

The point is, you must turn on the "authorize library sharing on this device" toggle when you login to your steam account on your family members laptop/PC.

so my frieds account is under eligible accounts listed on my computer. but he does not see my games on his computer at his place - he is not in my network. do i have to activate family sharing on both computers of only on the one which got games i want to share with the other??
