How To Turn Off Family Sharing On iPhone

For some reason when I clicked stop family sharing, it does nothing. No kids on the account anymore, I’m the “parent”.. but my wife has Apple Music, tv etc so I’m trying to join her family. When I do that it says “family has other members”. Any advice? I’ve signed out and back in of my Apple ID, cycled power, wifi. And my kid has been off my account for about a week.

i already took everyone out of the family and transfered them to my moms but now that i want to disable my family sharing so i can join my moms it wont let me. i already had to reset my phone multiple times and even changed my apple id and it still wont let me. its so frustrating.
