Finally someone explaining this Yoga pose properly. There is so much detail in each pose that is not given. I’m so grateful you posted this video explaining the intricacies of the pose. This is one of my favourites and I’m not that flexible. My Iyengar class yoga teacher also taught us to spread our toes apart as much as possible. Doing Iyengar❤️🥰 Yoga has helped me to touch my toes which is something I could never do before even as a child. Thank you 🙏🏻💕💗🌿🌸and Thank yOu BKS Iyengar 🙏🏻

Hi, i have a doubt i read yoga the iyengar way book and it is instructedthat the front leg shpuld be in line with the arch of the back foot .
So the front leg is bit on the outer side as compared to the leg behind which here is opposite.
Can you explain please
