How ENHYPEN was Handled by Unprofessional Staff in Manila Airport : The Office for Transportation Security has released an official statement regarding the matter of ENHYPEN‘s inappropriate treatment by their airport staff. Fans accused the staff at the Manila airport of exhibiting unprofessional behavior.

Not only did the staff crowd around the boys without any official reason of duty, but they also videoed them undergoing the necessary security procedure. In particular, one staff was singled out for giggling and smiling with her co-workers as she carried out a pat-down on the boys. She also requested them to lower their mask when it was unnecessary at that stage.
