I truthfully never imagined Elsa with anyone. When I was a little kid, I always thought that every main character needed to be with someone to be happy, but Elsa proved otherwise. I really liked the fact that she didn’t need to be in a relationship to find true happiness in her life. It feels like if for some reason the producers of the movie Frozen were to give her a love interest, not only will it feel a bit forced, but it will contradict with her character a little bit. I am not saying that having a relationship doesn’t make you happy, but you can be happy nonetheless, and I feel like Elsa should continue to be a perfect example of that to the younger generation.

The thing is Disney doesn't ever make explicitly lgbtq+ characters and peobably won't for a long time. The Owl House is the only exception to that and it was hell for the writers to get Disney on board.

In Brave she never said anything abiut being a lesbian, she said she would rather choose her own boyfriend than her boyfriend being chosen for her.

Merida isn't gay! She didn't wanna be forced into a marriage, just like Isabella from Encanto didn't. Elsa also is pretty heavily aroace coded along with the fact that some of the fandom has made some creepy fanworks featuring a gay Elsa, it'd be smarter to stick with the aroace
