I'm Italian and I was born in Sicily tho I've lived elsewhere my whole life. I love how they just called the place Arancin to avoid the whole debate/argument about how to call them cause to be honest I've heard them all 😂 arancino arancina arancine, even I don't understand 🤣 it changes based on where you live in Sicily and also sometimes as you said, the type of arancino (that's how I call them singular, plural is arancini at least for my family and me) you're eating. I plan on visiting Florence for a few days in the future so I'll definitely go, I haven't eaten one in so long since I haven't been able to visit my relatives for almost ten years now. I miss arancini e granita con brioche col tuppo so much 😍😭 have a nice day everyone! 💕

That looks so good!! Puerto Ricans have something really similar called papa relleno. Instead of rice, we use mashed potato and they’re usually filled with seasoned ground beef 🤤 they’re sooo good

I can't believe I never had anything like that. That should be a staple in Brazil. It's like some blended our most common snack (coxinha) with rice (our most common grain)

Watching all your videos has really made me want to visit Italy! Everything about Italy and Italian culture is so beautiful and intriguing. I will definitely get your e-books and hopefully someday be able to go. 💜💜

It’s so funny there’s an Italian American grocery store where I live and we’ve always called them air-en-see-knee… I love this!

I was born in Sicily and proudly lived 13 years there. It was a small town, but i liked it.
My grandmother always made Arancini every 2 weeks and they were GORGEOUS.
Yes, you heard me right, i wrote Arancini because im from the south part of Sicily.

Ps. The forms dont have anything to do with the names, only the long shaped one is supposed to be "bianco" (butter) and the ball-shaped one should be ragù.
Here its sideways, 😂
