What is BoardPacks?

BoardPacks is the board level meeting management solution developed and provided by eShare Ltd. BoardPacks is primarily used by board members. It assists them to keep track of meeting information and collaborate with other users.

Administrators find that using BoardPacks is much easier than compiling meeting packs than the traditional print and post method. With BoardPacks, synchronisation of meeting notes and shared annotation is immediate, as long as the tablet is connected to the internet, then everyone attending the board meeting will be working from the same, up-to-date information.

The solution is also more secure than emailing PDFs between meeting participants as permissions are controlled in the background using Microsoft Active Directory and documents are securely stored within SharePoint, although the end-user doesn’t need to worry about this.

The BoardPacks iPad app can also be used to access a BoardPacks 365 account. BoardPacks 365 is an Office 365 meeting app and can improve productivity in any agenda-led meeting.
