I finally received my 22 FX. Have you experimented with any of the maps yet? I’m trying to find 2 ones favorable for right single track with some open fast runs but some technical terrain (steep, rooted and rocky stuff). Still trying get used to the bike. I’m probably going to get some backlash on this, but I am coming off a 2017 YZ250F (with no mods other than handguards, a skidplate and kickstand). I will say I love that the FX lugs well and is noticeably more comfortable with the suspension.

Need to see this bike going on rocky uphill terrain. I think people take it easy on this bike sometimes. Looking at the 250RX Honda vs this bike.

Did you make a decision yet between the 300XC and 250FX? Trying to decide myself.

Can I ask your size and weight? I keep wondering if the 250 will be under-powered in the slow stuff for a 225lb rider with gear.

I think the 250fx would be better for me, but not sure. I'm on the east coast so mostly woods riding but plenty of flowing trails as well.

There is certain trail my 2021 FX just flows on...and this trail is similar to it. As long as I don't stall the damn thing.

Ive heard this bike has issues starting. have you had any issues like that? im considering getting the 2023 version.
