2022 Yamaha YZ250FX- Single Track Slayer?!

2022 Yamaha YZ250FX, Getting out for the second time in Michigan this year and the more I ride this bike the more I love it! Even though this 2022 YAMAHA YZ250FX is billed as a GNCC race bike I think the tighter the trail the better thanks to this amazing Wide Ratio Transmission! Bike absolutely rocks!

What gear are you riding in most this video 2nd? I'm looking at making the switch back to Yamaha and not sure if I would like the 250fx being i've only ever ridden 450s and 250 two strokes. Do you ever have to use 1st gear?

I traded my new problematic 22 te150i in on a new *22 yz250fx today. I was disappointed to discover the Yamaha dealer had to swap out the tank assembly from another fx to get the new 250fx to run properly before it left the dealership. I feel like the idle sounds funny, like half missing. Is this due to the long headpipe?

im pretty sure any exhaust that fits a 2020, 2021 yz250f or fx will fit your 2022. i dont think any changes have been made in that time

What did you have to do for a spark arrestor on your bike? I just put a deposit on the same bike, but it doesn’t sound like it has a spark arrestor from the factory??? I was looking at a Fisch Moto universal insert unit.
