Story Summary :-
OP's father left her mother and moved out of the state. OP's mother got custody of OP and her brother. OP and her brother have 8 years of age difference. OP is a therapist and earns a good amount of money. As OP's brother was ignored by his mother because of his disability he always relied on OP and considered herself as his mother figure. OP's mother brought in her boyfriend and started living with him in the house. The boyfriend used to earn little money so OP was eventually the main provider of the family. But his mother never acknowledged it and always claimed that her boyfriend contributed a lot to the expenses. However, OP's mother got pregnant and since then she started pressing OP's brother to move out of the house as she will need more space after the arrival of the baby. OP's brother was still a minor and adding the disability it was rude to ask him to move out, so when OP found out she stepped in. She told her mother that it was not happening. But her mother still tried to emotionally abuse him to
move out, behind OP's back. One day OP found out and said she was an adult and she would move out instead. OPs mother knows deep down that OP is the main provider of the family and if she moves out they won't have money to live. OP had enough and kicked them out instead.

At the point OP found out that mom and her boyfriend went on vacation with money meant for her brother's medication, I would have called the landlord up, see if there was a way to keep mom and boytoy out, or if she could pay for to change the locks and get landlord a key. When mom and boyfriend come back have their things on stoop waiting for them. OP's mom is so irresponsible that she should leave, look at the damage she did that made OP sign the new lease.
