Runescape 2007: Quest Cape Guide

Would appreciate a like as this took ages to put together! Anyways these are the highest skills requirements needed to get the quest cape in 2007 Runescape. Hope you guys enjoyed!

i know u commented a month ago but ti kill black titan you need to equip Excalibur otherwise it heals back up
