Talking Honey with Hannah Rhodes of Hiver Beers

Hannah Rhodes of Hiver Beers popped into Divertimenti Knightsbridge for a chat with Julia Leonard about our upcoming event 'An Evening of Honey' on Wednesday 4th February.

On the evening you can join Hattie Ellis, author of Spoonfuls of Honey for a night devoted to honey at Divertimenti Marylebone High Street. She’ll talk about the culinary uses of honey, buying and cooking tips and take you through a tutored tasting so you can appreciate the different flavours of honey better. She’ll be joined by Hannah Rhodes – founder of Hiver Beer – who will bring along her delicious honey beer for you to sample.
