How Do YOU Wipe Yourself After Toileting? #Shorts

Показать описание
Do YOU wipe front-to-back or back-to-front?
For females, you should start wiping front-to-back if you don't already. You could reduce your risk for UTIs (urinary tract infections) especially if you get infections frequently. Wiping front-to-back prevents bacteria from the back end getting into your urethra at the front (and for females, the urethra is shorter than males making it easier for us to get UTIs).
Got questions or concerns about sex, periods, peeing and pooping? Ask a pelvic physiotherapist like me 😉. Don't be embarrassed to ask, we can help! SHARE this post and tag a friend who may find this video helpful!
