Wait this looks easier than the other recipes I’ve seen. I watched a recipe by Joshua Weissman and ethan chlebowski and they all soak their potato in so much oil before they form it into patties. Their hash brown recipe is artery clogging and not very easy to make. Your recipe is much better lookcatchu ~
