Dear mr Kaku your example of on human civilisation destroying another civilisation is based on human nature. It doesn't necessarily apply on possible alien behaviour. They may pass this stage of their evolution since reaching earth means they are light years ahead of humans.

Michio Kaku, my favourite scientist, however he made one tiny mistake...the Aztecs did have a written language by the time Cortez arrived, a fully developed numbering system, masonry skills surpassing even the Spanish, advanced farming skills and well developed astronomy sufficient for their practical needs. Must also note that the Aztec in spite of their inferior weapons, did not mean their fighting skills were inferior. There were many instances of the Aztecs beating the Spanish as well causing many Spanish to retreat to safer territory or just returning to Europe. Other than that, right on point. Life always finds a way.
