Hi I tried to run Tub Clean on my LG TH2113DSAK. After choosing Tub Clean and pressing start, the time indicator indicated a total of 11 hours duration. I find it totally absurd and decided to stop the programme after 3 hours. Am I doing it correctly?

Can't we put descaling powder in the area where we put detergent or is it necessary to put directly in tub??

My washer doesn't have the button to do clean tube mode but it displays the message "clean tube?" So is there a setting that I have to configure?

We have problems with the tub clean program in our LG washer. The program starts, and runs, but the effective spin movements (which sprays hot water to every hidden part of the drum, and the tub in order to clean it well during the program) have lost. It goes as a normal washing program. Every other washing programs work properly, except the tub clean.
