@Mapdec Can you tell me the inner diameter of this reamer? This would be extremely helpful. Might have found someone willing to make a tool for me

Why won't you get an adjustable shell reamer with carbide inserts? You can machine or sleeve the tool holder to ensure a precision fit with the shell reamer.
I'm sure you won't have to wait two years --- lol -- and it will last you longer

Most of the bike parts are easy . Purchased 5 axis and lathe for making formula car parts . Now I make bike parts for myself 😂
