might be a stupid question but its first time i have apple carplay

but i have a car to old to have carplay but i got a guy installing a third-party screen so i have apple carplay do u know when and if i can get the update do i have to update something or will it come automatic to that third-party screen also ?

since at started using carplay on ios 18 i have an issue.
i’m listen to music, then i receive a phone call and after the call it goes back to the music but no sound comes out

Bugs me that there are no Music updates. No scrubber, no Fast Forward or Skip, and you still can't "Remove from Library." This bugs me so much!
