The Audi takes tighter turns than the Volvo. You can see the Volvo slips away from the cone, the Audi does not slip and stays near the cone. This is why the angle is different

Looks like Volvo needs to take a bit wider turns than Audi that's why the line angle is different.

Audi is turning sharper. Look at the distance between car and cone . Even with a softer set up audi is turning better ( idk about their tires )

Doesn't matter how much it leans. Audi clearly has more grip, doesn't understeer and finishes the slalom first.

I really wonder if they use the same tires for these tests because it looks like the Volvo doesn’t have as grippy of a tire which makes a huge difference on if it has body roll. Less grip =less body roll usuall.

I have a v60. With decent tires, the handling is excellent.

The audi places more weight on the wheel with greater traction. It makes it’s way through the course much faster and tighter

Well, Volvo's back end loses traction, tires don't support the car anymore, so it stays flatter. It slides instead of leaning, resulting in slower slalom time, which can be seen on the video. So, Audi wins. And I'm not Audi fanboy. Far from it.

Audi has a sharper curve. Clearly it’s angle will be more angular....

It's widely clear that the steering angle is small for Audi, see 0:11 the cars body position, for the distance to the cones Audi is closer to the cone 0:23.

Clearly Audi is the best car in this test.

I must say with me having driven several different cars, Volvo has been the worse in handling. But it makes up for it in a comfortable, quiet ride no matter the road conditions and no other car company I’ve tried has topped Volvo in this.

Are they using the same tires? If not, that is not a fair comparison.

So what is the video trying to say? All I see is a more balanced chassis in the Audi and more understeer on the Volvo. Less roll probably due to more anti roll bar in the front, leading to understeer
