This series is amazing. As an avid cyclist (despite living somewhere where it is dangerous to do so and miss it terribly.) I enjoy the bicycle/clothing history combo.

Love the amount of research that you did! The video turned out so nice! Lots of interesting information which I haven't encountered before even though I have been watching a lot of Costubers and have a few corsetry books myself.

I just have one little thing to mention: the popping noise at 9:11 was really really loud (I am listening with my earphones while sewing at the sewing machine) and it literally startled me. When I went back to look for the time stamp, the intensity of the sound bothered me again... Also, the little pops at 9:36 are a bit loud as well, but not as harsh/ loud as the one at 9:11. (I am an Aspie and loud/ unexpected noises do bother me, so you can take this observation with a grain of salt. Maybe it it just me).

I'm really interested that you left the explicit statement of "yeah, there's not many extants because people wore them to rags." as up to interpretation with a metaphorical see-saw hand motion. Did you do that because it's theoretical and not likely to be confirmed beyond common sense and postulation?

Also! Fun fact about the bikes with the dropped support bar! Those nowadays are called step-throughs or cruisers, and are not just a skirt friendly cycle, but they're also really accessible to those who couldn't lift their leg up over a standard support bar, and allows a more diverse option to those who have mobility challenges but can still ride a bike well enough.

The Drs. Warner...actually gave a crap about their workers' living conditions?? No way, it HAD to have been a company town kinda situation.

So...did sports/health corsets just not give as much support or make a small waist like the fashion corset? Because if it did, why would they bother making the fashion corsets? Or is that just me being dumb and not understanding capitalism?
