2. Alcohol can raise your blood pressure
3. Alcohol can lower your inhibitions
4. Alcohol is a fluid and can cause you to go over your fluid limit for the day
5. Excessive alcohol consumption is dangerous for all organs in the body.

I don’t drink often when I do I drink too much I’m talking maybe 2x a month I had 1 shot tonight and there’s a dull pain in my upper back I’m afraid it’s my kidneys someone help me it’s been here for an hour and won’t go away
