I drove a truck on Simple Minds US & Canada tour about 1983. I'm still in touch with Paul Kerr, Jim's brother, who was the stage manager on the tour, he lives in Brighton now. Jimmy got sucker punched in Washington DC for dancing with some dirt-bags girlfriend. To his credit, he got up and trashed the clown. I gave Jim rides to various hospitals as his nose healed. The faces have changed but it's nice to see the quality of music has remained the same.

I loved this song and the video from 1985. So great that they attract young and old today . . . I qualify as old. 33 years ago when I was 24 this song rocked. And apparently still does. Good tunes don't die! You guys are still outstanding!!!
