Wow where does time go. I was 26 when the Breakfast Club came out and now I'm 62. Still love the song...and it makes me think of the memories of life that happened in-between. 22 years in the Army, raising 4 kids and married 33 years. Wow - I'm blessed. We were quickly joined by some Americans and Brits .

This is one of my dad's favorite songs. When I listen to it, it reminds me about my dad and I usually am happy, but this time is different because I realize that he isn't going to be here forever and soon this song will be a memory of him. Soon I'll sing this song without him and just remember him this way. It is a beautiful song, especially the "Don't you forget about me" part, and I will never forget my dad even when he is not with me :)
