What’s up, bud? I read all the comments and watch the video. Awesome. My front right switch makes a noise like it’s gonna go on but the burner don’t go on. I already changed ceramic coil. The regulator have gone bad.

I have model NE58F9710WS/AC and using this video I was able to replace different switch - Triple Energy Regulator Control Switch which regulates front right burner (part number DG44-01007B for those who have same range as me). Thank you very much, it was real helpful !

Thank you! I prepared 4 pieces of chicken tonight to fry on my large burner. The 3 smaller pieces fit into the pan, and cooked perfectly. Then I put the 4th large piece of chicken in and it burned and blackened the pan when I turned my head for literally 30 seconds to grab spices and rinse my hands. The burner just wouldn't turn down, and I lifted the pan off to stop the burn as I attempted to turn down the control knob. The burner just stayed on. Argh! So, I came on here to investigate. This stove has always been temperamental, often hard to predict and way more powerful and likely to overcook foods than what you've always known based on established recipe settings. Also, when using the front triple element burner, the small burner behind it needs extra knob input to achieve desired heat because of the front burner's adjacency. And now the triple burner has a hard time turning on and off to regulate the temp. Now my whole house smells like a grease fire happened here.

So do the dual burners each have different parts than the single burners? I don't see anywhere how to determine that.

I was trying to replace a regulator on my Samsung and was not able to pull out one of the wires from the old regulator (the red wire with the white cap that plugs in the middle of the regulator). It just wouldn't come out no matter how hard I pulled so eventually I just stopped. All the other wires came out pretty easily. Just to be sure, I tried to pull out the same wire from the other fast boil burner regulator and it would not come out either. I am thinking it must be designed this way and there is probably something obvious I need to do to pull it out, like pressing some tab or something, but I just cannot figure it out.
