Personally i always liked Annabelles design in the first movie better. The fact she only has one ear lead me to make a headcannon in my mind she was abused by humans in her time on earth which is why she speaks of how dogs are naturally good unlike people

The biggest questions I have about this franchise is as follows:

1- The original takes place in 1939, while the sequel in 1999. How did Itchy live that long?

2- Heaven knows ALL, doesn’t that mean Annabelle knows Carface is evil, IF so then WHY give him merit in Heaven?

3- How did Carface get BACK into Heaven between Films?

4- Carface is “Mortal” in the TV series, how is this possible?

My idea that really made me think they should have focused on was the fact that Itchy had a bit of a stuff complex. He was obsessed with making sure his stuff was safe and gathering them at the expense of putting his own life at risk. Charlie even in trying to get them both out safe says “forget your stuff, I’ll get you NEW stuff.” Later when he thinks Charlies haunting him, he starts giving him his stuff to try to appease whatever transgression would have CAUSED Charlie to want to spook Itchy.

I think the scene with Charlie teaching the puppies about sharing is meant to show him turning a new leaf as he is selfish until half time thanks to Anne Marie’s selfless and positive influence on him.

I like to imagine Red and Belladonna are Satan’s pets, and whenever they aren’t trying to damn the souls of other dogs they are just chilling with their master in his home office while he does paperwork.

It Feels So Good to Be Bad from the second movie slaps so hard, it’s been one of my favorite villain songs for a while now.

This franchise is a clear example of corporate mismanagement

I don't know why Sasha La Fleur brought me into being a furry four years after the fact in 2018! 🦊

If you think the All Dogs Go To Heaven lore is crazy, wait until you get into the Will Vinton Claymation Universe. From the various adaptions of classic stories, to the Dinosaurs special, to The Adventures Of Mark Twain movie [with a infamous scary scene], to the fun commercials, to Claymation Christmas, to Meet The Raisins, to The California Raisins Show [which is hit or miss unlike the specials which are fantastic], to Raisins Sold Out and then to Claymation Comedy Of Horror, Claymation Easter, The PJs, Garry and Mike, and the M&MS spokescandy commercials, the lore gets crazy and there's ton of fun moments. Most of these projects are good, but others [some episodes of The California Raisins Show, as well as Claymation Easter] are not very good. But what they all have in common is EXTREME chaotic moments as well as some heartwarming and even depressing moments. Honestly, Will Vinton deserved so much better then what happened. The documentary Claydream tells his story, but be warned, it's a very bittersweet documentary.

also its funny that in the show charlie said he never knew his parents, even though we technically see his parents in the first movie when annabelle goes through a literal book of his life

Growing up, I've only ever seen SPECIFICALLY the Christmas Carol one, there was practically no other part of the franchise in kid me's eyes. I only learned back in late highschool of the other movies (Though technically I would have known earlier from the Big Lipped Alligator Moments but my ass just forgot the detail that it was from the first movie so I just assumed it was like some random other animated movie from the time like Thumbelina or something) and even THEN I never actually seen the other movies, despite me watching the christmas carol a lot as a kid. This video is my first time learning about those movies, and even hearing that there was a SHOW, crazy.

Dawg this film made me cry when I was like five years old, so much that I had to shut it off and watch Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends instead 😭😭

When I was a kid I watched the VHS for the first movie so may times the VHS literally broke and stopped working. I also remember watching the sequel a ton too, but I didn't even know it had a cartoon series until a few years ago.

Some frames in the tv series are a treasure trove of memes and nobody is using them 😂

27:28 um ackshually the original Sweeney Todd was Len Cariou not George Hearn. Cariou won the tony award for that part in 1979.
