hi i want to know, i just got this monitor and when i setting to 4kx2k, 3840x2160 my refresh rate is capped to 60hz..but when i go for only 3840x2160 my refresh rate can go up to 240hz

Have you had issues with not being able to apply 240hz in display settings while having a second monitor connected? (asus on DP 1.4 cable)

But once you turn on/off the VRR or DSC setting in the OSD, it pops up as an available option for the refresh rate again.
I`ve read multiple forum posts on this issue.

Asus is known for their monitor calibration look at their proart with the delta e less than 1. But the delta e is less than 2. This is sad what is happening with their warrenty as they used to have the best warrenty in the industry. I would not be surprised if they contracted it to a 3rd party.

As much as i want this, i can get a brand new 34 OLED Odyssey OLED G8 for $800 vs this $1700. Not too much of a difference other than a few hz. Would you agree its smarter for me to get the G8 since its way cheaper and can provide damn near same results or do you think the Asus does more than just the extra hz.

Hi Johnny, have a question for this amazing monitor . Does the pixel Cleaning reminder shows up need to use necessary everytime? Because quite some not understanding this pixel Cleaning is how to use and i hear if use to much it will reduce monitor life spam, is it true?

I have always had to fight dell and put pressure on for warrenty in their laptops

I have a positive experience with Asus warranty, so that balances out Gamers Nexus' experience, right? I mean, with most companies these things can be hit or miss, depending on the location handling your actual warranty. Some are good, some are bad. I hope Asus can improve this across the board.

I‘m really happy with my Alieneware AW32225QF. MSI and ASUS charging insane prices for their OLEDs in Europe. The PG32UCDM is 700€ higher then the AW3225QF.
And superb products are great, but poor warranty support…really sad.
