Today I am cooking at home and making quick and easy fake-out charro beans. This is a great way to get charro beans in a fraction of the cooking time. I like to make these to go along with an easy weeknight dinner. You can adjust the ratios of ingredients to your preference.

⭐️ EASY MEXICAN RICE
⭐️ COOKWARE VIDEO

INGREDIENTS
(2) 15 oz cans of cooked pinto beans
6 oz bacon
1 jalapeno
1 large Roma tomatoes
1/4 piece of a medium onion
2 to 3 cloves garlic
1 Tbsp chicken bouillon powder
salt and pepper to taste
8 fl oz (236.5 ml) water

As a kid, I don’t remember a meal that my grandmother ever cooked where beans were not on the table. I think she cooked them 2 to 3 times a week. I cook beans every week, and even have canned them myself for my pantry. Sure came in handy last week!
