People think partying, going out, doing this, doing that is the "cool" thing. But it's draining. Your not accomplishing anything, your not getting healthier, smarter, & it's stressful. We gotta make it a movement, make it "cool" to live a "boring life." People need to stop living for the next social media post. Stop & smell the roses. Honestly, it's very interesting how similar we are, Obi. I grew up in an African household of 5 inclusive, and have been pressured to go about the common route of going to school, getting married and having kids, and the conventional rubbish. However, I have always had the inclination to live for myself and ultimately for Christ, but to enjoy it as a free, independent man for some time until I actually have the real desire to even pursue enduring relationships, a cumbersome aspect that one can ever have in their life, IMO.

So, honestly Obi, to the highest degree, I commend you for busting your chops to get to where you are now. I am working on this at the moment as I have just under a year and a half left in engineering school. Cheers, my friend!

Guys, "boring" means doing repetetive things everyday and being in the same place or just not experiencing new things.
It's the cycle where we burnout and need some rest from everything for a week.

Forest or just a cabin in the woods without eletronics, all alone for a couple of days can help A LOT.
