It's really the simple tips like these that more Fitness Creators needs to be talking about.

Stop trying to be "unique". It's fitness, the core compound exercises will never change and they will always provide the best results!

Scott you were my hero 10 years ago when I was 18 and started lifting. I took what you taught me and ran with it. It changed my life in incredible ways.

3.5 years ago I was in a bad car accident that caused serious brain damage. Got an “incurable” movement disorder that crippled me. I worked really hard just to be able to make a fist again but as soon as I tried to do a push-up I started remembering how to use my body! Now I’m using the gift you gave me to HEAL the total disability! Squats, dead’s, and bench are back to 100lbs and I couldn’t be more excited. Thanks for all you’ve done you’ll never know how much you helped me!

Keeping it simple - YES! I'm constantly reminding myself that more isn't better. I have a tendency to keep adding thing here and there, then realized workouts are WAY too long and the fatigue starts making it inefficient. Thanks for so many great reminders!

I've been watching your videos for more than 10 years Scott... and now I'm an old man with arthritis, tendonitis, and a bad shoulder. I switched to more isolation and machines to prevent further injury and keep me in the gym. Now you've got me thinking I should put back in some of the compound movements I did in my younger days.

Scott, i am almost emotional to see your video again. I've been following you since 16/17 when i started my gymming journey, I have been not following up with your content lately and today after watching your videos after in like months or even over a year i realized how good your content is, how good your form is, how simple things are when is comes to bodybuilding. I started when I was 67kg and now i am almost 95-97kg and a big credit for that goes to your brother.
Going from my early 20s to now almost 30 your content and teaching helped me. You are just like a elder brother to me❤

Absolutely right Scott. If it worked 30-40 years ago it’s still going to work today. So tired of “influencers” trying to convince people they’ve found the next big thing. I’ll take the time tested exercises every time. Great video.
