I ended up ordering another one, pretty sure it was a hardware problem since every firmware had issues

It happened to mine too. When i installed ArkOS it said my "gamepad" or something wasn't connected. Tried to fix it with no luck. I was also asking for help on the Anbernic Discord server, but to no help. I ordered a new one and it worked fine. Maybe you can fix it, if so, let me know!
