Anbernic RG353PS won't charge or boot.... Any ideas?

Take sd cards out and put them back in then plug it back in. It worked for me

try disconnecting the battery for a minute then reconnecting it mine started taking a charge after that

Might be a bit late, but i would say to take out the external sd cards for thinks like arkos, they dont technically support dual booting with android, with them out when you plug it in you should see a battery icon on the screen, it takes a good hour to charge to turn on if its really drained. Its a mix between the wrong usb C cables, the charger blocks, and ive heard using the left side to charge can short it, so its not to clear unfortunately

Ok, I finally got mine working. Press the F button next do the D pad and the power button at the same time. Green lite came on, the OS booted and configured, then it started charging. Why does the OS rules the charging option?

same issue. I installed batocera on the SD card and it had busted graphic issues. I reinstalled Arkos on it, and not it will not come back on and there is no charge lite

My device have same defect.Before this condition It have deep discharge in power off condition. Information from 4pda: poor connection betwen MB and battory or incorrect function charge controller. As temporary you can charge batory with special charger(like laboratory power supply unit).

mine is acting up, i checked on reddit and i guess its the type of charger u use. ima try and see what happens. I miss my little anbernic.

Hello, I opened the game and disconnected the battery cable and it didn't work, then I simply removed the SD card 1 and it started working again and recharging the battery.
