I probably did this on historical but I don't remember. I do remember going United Kingdom of Portugal and Brazil to have the manpower to actually do it though, and getting kicked out of and joining the Allies about a hundred times while fighting Japan.

Thing about doing achievements off historical is you can use the game rules to make specific countries still follow their historical paths while still being achievement eligible.

Also there is a game rule now that allows you to turn puppet and minor contributor warscore (apart from players) into overlord/major contributors war score and the options are all achievement eligible.

I did this achievement yesterday, in addition I got the Singapore to Gibraltar Railway. The railway was tiring.

I remember completing this achievement with my old laptop and it finished in 1947.... It tooks like 2 consecutive days to go from '46 to '47... needless to say... it was really "fun"

Will it ruin you as much as trying to win as Ethiopia in patch 1.5.4 with the only dlc active being Poland United and Ready and Historical German Portraits, because I think that one broke me

At leat I had some fun doing this achievement back in 2020. Was able to conquer the Allies, Axis, Comintern and Japan by 1943 on non-historical. Again, like ISP said it takes A LOT of luck when choosing non-historical.
