I did the achievement and I tried 2 methods and yes I did time 5 games of each method:
1. Easy mode and exiting as soon as you pop the second Golden Bloon. This gave me 2 Golden Bloons per game and each game took 4:05 minutes at minimum and 5:50 at maximum depending on the second Golden Bloon spawning earlier or later, but on average I had a time of about 4:45, meaning that I was getting one Golden Bloon for every 142.5 seconds.
2. Impoppable and exiting as soon as you pop the 8th Golden Bloon. This gave me 8 Golden Bloons per game and each game took 25:20 minutes at minimum and 29:10 minutes at maximum with an average time of about 27:40, meaning that I was getting one Golden Bloon for every 207.5 seconds.

Comparing the 2 methods, it is more efficient and easier to go on easy mode than in Impoppable, so if you want to get the achievement, which I do not recommend to do as it will be torture, you should play on easy mode.

As someone who have all achievements aside from A Year In The Making, I can confirm that amongst The Daily Reid (ily ethan), Sapper, Glorious Gold and Modysseus Forever, the last one is far more tedious and annoying than any other (since all the others are very set-and-forget).

I like to get a 0x2 Ice with a 4 or 520 glue after the lead gold bloon just outside of the MIB range to prevent the ice from getting pierce capped while not hitting the camo gold bloon since the only gold bloons that aren't camoflaged are the first and third ones.

The only weakness to this strat is the unlicky gold bloon spawning during a camo rainbow or camo ceramic rush

Bro the most anoying one is getting 1B pops with the BMA from round 1-100 it only gets about pop when its goodboosted and you cant afford that in a normal game

My favorite strategy is to put a 420 Glunner at the very start of the track and give it a 420 village and set it on first or strong since the GB is always the first Bloon to spawn in a round and you should have enough pierce to get it even if the other bloons are faster. It’s a method of dealing damage that does multiple instances of damage against GBs despite only hitting once

Tip: Do beginner hard mode. 012 ice near the back of the track, make sure u have no global towers OR anything that hits inside the ice monkey's range. 012 pops first bloon appearing 20-30, add a 020 village for round 21-30, and get either MIB or a 200 alch for 31-40(make sure its attack range is off the track, or at least after the ice has some room to attack, otherwise the alch potion splash will send the golden bloon forward). Once u have lead power + camo on the 012 you're set for the rest of the game 31-80, just make sure your defenses don't leak anything except the golden bloon for the ice monkey
