The Language of Lifting: How to Read & Write TEMPO

I made a new program called Exercise Skills For Life:

It’s got tempo on all exercises.

Every exercise is a SCALE of ability, so you’re learning skills for LIFE to help yourself and others.

And we’ve maintained the lowest price I’ve seen to coach YOUR form videos - with no long-term contract.

Thank you for watching and making this possible!

I’ve been following you when you first came on the scene I want to say about 5 years ago. Watched you grow with YouTube followers . And you by far are the best thing out there in the fitness industry . And you have my dream job. I salute you my brother.

Tempo is underrated and overcomplicated by most. Nice breakdown!

Thank you very much Ben. Would you recommend working on squats while unlocking the ankle mobility through split squats, tib raises, patrick stepups, etc. OR would you recommend unlocking ankle mobility before working on squats.
Because I feel my ankles are really stiff which causes me not to go for full ROM in squats, although it's getting better with ATG training.

Hey, bubs. I'm natty af, never even taken creatine once. You don't take anything do you? I've been actually debating creatine lately but I just love being all natural
