Dynamic surroundings is the most immersive mod in my opinion for realistic environment.. also changes the way we perceive sounds like caves you can have echo and can hear the minecraft "waterfalls" and so on..

this pack is impossible to make, some mods are 1.16 or newer like tough as nails and some weren't updated past 1.12 like the camping mod, so you can't have all of them at once.

personally i think tough as nails isnt tough enough on you for the temperature aspect, something like a dehydration and environtmentz + fabric seasons combo would be more optimal for someone wanting more difficulty

tree chop is ncie in concept but doesnt work. somtimes you will chop wood that you placed next to tree and it will go into chop mode

Optifine already comes with dynamic lights but in my experience way better rendered and optimized

I'd rather use Aquaculture 2 instead, mainly because it's more polished, and comes with more features such as bait and lures, which could really add to the realistic survival feel.
