I always know when Mark enjoys something, and it is definitely rare when he doesn't, yet he is polite and respectful. Also I respect mark a lot. Even if he doesn’t like the food he try’s hard to still be respectful about it and if he does spit the food out he does it off camera.
Unlike a lot of other food reviewers how they spit out the food and make alot of unnecessary noises. And the funny part is when they go back to the same place they didn’t like the food a few time like they didn’t learn the first time lol 😂

From watching a couple of comments from his videos many expect him to be a hard food critic and fail to recognize hes not, hes a food observer. People cant stand that and say hes "fake" because hes "too positive", they rant that his content is "trash" because he dosent go off Gordon Ramsay style like some Foodtubers. He wont pull a Bourdain and give critical opinion. There are probably thousands of "influencers" that get the job done. The fact is Mark"s channel's an observational channel on food rather than a critical one.
