I had to do a fresh install in late December and it auto-installed update 24H2. The only problem I've experienced is Chrome tabs freezing occasionally (not often, happened twice.) Otherwise has been stable through gaming and benchmarking.

I've done a fresh install and experience no problems. It took about 20 mins compared to the hour+ it used to take for Windows 7/10 to install with updates. I only had difficulties trying to install software from a ISO, and when I tried to unmount it. My speaker system were popping so bad on both, Windows 10/11, that I had to move my studio over to Linux that cancel out the interference. However, this new update may have fixed the speaker difficulty that everyone was facing, that owned the Scarlett Audio interface. The Focusrite driver and the new Windows update were not compatible.

Why don't they make all Microsoft employees install the update before pushing it to the rest of the world?

I found no problems after updating. Update after 1/1/ 025 to get the best update
