Thanks for sharing G. This is what most folks need to ask themselves. I like how Tai Lopez says we should split up our living situation. 2 different places where one of them is great for business and the other has the type of women u like and weather etc. Its hard to find everything in one place

Joose I didn’t know you were in IT before, congrats on chasing your dream and perusing your true passion. I’m also a remote IT Manager in SEA but it’s just a job and it wrecks my sleep schedule..

And at some points, you will be back to Bali again because no perfect place in this earth, but Bali feels like home for many people. There are many people left, but that space is always filled with new people who called Bali home and decided to settle down. The good thing about being in Bali is that you can be bored where you stay, but you can always escape to different areas whether for staycation or just complete moving. To me, even staying in a villa for a day is a treat.

Fantastic video, J. I've lived a very similar lifestyle. 6 months a year in Bali (Ubud), a few months back home in CA, and a few months in Thailand, Philippines, MX etc. Its a great life, but I certainly feel you on the difficulties of coming and going. Hi Joose, shoutout for this one. There's a lot of rest and comfort in renting and investing the money you would've used for a build or buy. Especially in these countries there's a lot of stuff that could go wrong and it's still a long-term lease. I'd say if you don't want to get in the business of renting out property and the hassles that accompany it, just put it in some low-cost indexfunds and start compounding for the long-term. Real estate is quite overrated in my opinion, especially if you like moving a lot. Keep doing what you do, thanks for authenticity!

Lived in Playa Del Carmen for the last 3 years. Trust me. You wont like it. Really expensive. Horrible food and drugs and cartel. Its basically just a long strip of bars. No mountains nothing to see. Nice beach I guess however a lot of problems with seaweed. Thats why I moved to Bali.
