Almost got it apart now after 90 min. and hidden screws not mentioned in the instructions or video. You will need a socket wrench set/ or an adjustable wrench. Also the front roller bolt is a hex and there isn’t enough room for the effing tool!!!!
Calling service to put this GD thing back together!

I need a belly pan replacement video for the 2020 treadmill so bad. It looks so complicated and the people that handle the extended warranty are a joke. I've got a replacement belly pan, and no idea how to do it. You just can't get a tech with that warranty. Don't buy it, or the treadmill for that matter. Great when it works, on your own if something major goes wrong.

By now, everyone should have understood it’s easier to do a proper maintenance on a threadmill with your sport gear on. Including the running shoes.

I guess that’s why my belt kept slipping last time I lubed it.

The bolt sizes on the 995i are smaller than 5 and bigger than 4.5 absolutely nightmare stuff trying to get them off

My drive roller dosn't have bolts.and is welded around the pins. Any help in replacement?
