The thing I miss most about being a personal trainer is having these people come in with all the confidence, neigh, arrogance in the world to do the stupidest stuff. They all had nicknames with the staff, it was glorious

Those deadlifts were actually good!!!! His form puts his back at risk though lol.... but if he takes off 2 plates, he can probably rep out 3-4 sets of 6-8 starting off the floor!!!!

The India portion is actually the opposite, it’s the guys on top who are actually in training. They call it riding the train training.
