As a horror fan, I’ve told and fought people about the collector and the movies. It’s absolutely some of the greatest horror I’ve ever seen and people need to put the respect on his name

I was surprised by how much I liked Till Death. Actually made me start looking up what else Fox had been in since Transformers and Jennifer’s Body

I do NOT understand the hate Fox gets. She's obviously got the chops, she's just has several crud films under her belt (as any actor would)... Loved "Til Death". I hope she gets more chances to really sink into a character. She can do it. 🤘🏾

Some that I think of!!:
-Garance Marillier (Raw 2016. She puts on such a convincing performance as someone fighting a primal urge she never knew she had until she reunites with her older sister in college)
-Stephen Lang (Don't Breathe 2016. An underrated performance as a villain that you can tell there's much more too than just being "evil". A blind military vet with a tragic past, protecting himself -from intruders by evening the odds)
-John Krasinski (A Quiet Place 2018. Having to act completely speechless pretty much throughout the entire movie, John puts on a moving performance as a man desperately trying to hold onto what he has left in the world and protect his family. You get a genuine fear from him, but also kind and sweetness at the same time...once again with speaking almost no words the entire movie. John's wife, Emily Blunt, also puts on an amazing performance as his in movie wife)
-Chloe Grace Moretz (Let Me In 2010. Chloe Grace puts on an amazing performance in her younger years as a "child", seeking companionship from a young boy, while trying to hide her inner demons as best she can from the outside world. Terrifying, somber, sad and even a bit relatable, her performance is haunting as "young" Abby)

Sarah Butler as Jennifer Hills in I Spit On Your Grave and I Spit On Your Grave 3. A truly brilliant performance and it's a shame that nobody ever talks about it. Another, more recent performance that I think just kills it was Rainey Qualley's performance in Shut In.

I would add Alexandra Essoe to this list for her performance as Sara in “Starry Eyes”. Her character arc and the way she plays it makes us first fear for her and eventually fearful of her. She was phenomenal in that film.

Finally a mention for The collector/ The Collection.
It may have it's flaws but it's a seriously underrated addition to the horror genre 👌

One actress to include, but for two different roles in different movies: Rebecca Hall in both The Night House and Resurrection.
Seriously, it’s a one-two punch of terrific performances that deserves to be mentioned in the same breath as Essie Davis in The Babadook, Toni Collette in Hereditary, and Isabelle Adjani in POSSESSION.

Another Ben worth mentioning is Oliver Reed as Ben in Burnt Offerings. His performance is one of quiet, but despairing stoicism that eventually gives way to disbelief and terror. His performance in that film shows us a man whose strength and resolve withers and dies under the weight of the supernatural events consuming him.

THANK YOU! Just from the thumbnail, Megan Fox's performance in 'Till Death' is phenomenal. Very high-praise worthy . 👏

The comment of Jones is perfect. Thank you. We always talk about the racial aspect of his casting and we don't mention how absolutely terrific of a job he did. His performance isn't just good "considering the circumstances", it was just good, period. Regardless of time period or race, it was an excellent performance.

Sean Harris is so underrated as an actor that he won a Bafta for the amazing Southcliffe. He is not underrated he is rightly celebrated.

Bill Moseley was also amazing in the underrated Dead Air. It is something to see. He's so much more restrained than normal. A zombie film directed by Corbin Bernsen, Dead Air is one of those under the radar flicks that deserved more.

finally someone talking about the Collector! It's definitely one of my all-time favorite movies! The acting, the symbolism, the effects, the whole storyline is amazing. I wasn't a big fan of the sequel personally, as you said it just removed the creepyness of the collector for me personally. It's still a shame that the creators can't make another film because of the producers though.

The collector was scary up to the point of 'Are you going to kill me?" (Shitting his pants)

Mark Duplass in Creep was incredible. Knowing his only as the goofy Pete from The League, I thought he had no shot. Turns out he was fantastic.

The collector needs to be a horror icon!

Edgar Ramirez as the renegade priest in Deliver Us From Evil. Dude absolutely made that movie worth it outside of the use of The Doors’ music & the general atmosphere. Loved that movie, and I typically am big on “religious” themed horror movies

Creep is also absolutely amazing

God I absolutely LOVE the Collector series. I'm pretty bummed that part 3 got the axe after the first week of shooting
