I once ate at a McDonalds restaurant in Berlin, Germany and was amazed at how the burgers and fries tasted so much better than what is available in the US. Even the ketchup was amazing.

A product only has to be 40% organic or natural to be legally labeled as such by the FDA. I know someone who makes and sell beauty products successfully. She is a lawyer by degree but got into the beauty industy because her sons were having health issues. In her research she found it was from the products being used. After what we eat, what we put on our poress skin is also important. Stay diligent my people.

Many I knew BUT mind blown (not really) but re. the grass fed only being grass fed late in life. SMH! So good to know. Even when u think u are making better choices, not necessarily. 🤦🏾‍♀Thank you Dr. Price!

Thanks for sharing🙏🏽 I grew up, watching many of my family members, die of cardiovascular disease and cancer. At a young age, I decided not to eat many other foods that I saw being consumed by them. I stopped eating beef and pork early on and stay away from dairy. When I do buy fruits and vegetables, and make sure that they are organic. I avoid highly processed packaged foods.

I remember going into a trader joes and there were walnut packages. Completely identical except one said organic which made it a bit more expensive. Labels were exactly the same.

I just watched a video saying there is so much pesticides in strawberries that they could just juice them and use THAT as pesticide spray on the next crops! WTF!
