Make sure you are going to your web hosting control panel to get the FTP information to use so you can log in ( if you are using a web hosting client)

If you are using Google Merchant, are the username and password generated in the  'FTP Settings' in Google Merchant's dashboard?

I did not get FileZilla to connect. What should the 'host' be? I tried 'ftp' and then my site name as in 'http, etc ...'. It is a Google site. What should the 'host' be in this case please?

When I select a site. The message log says

Error: Could not connect to server
