Greeting from Indonesia! I got up this morning feeling anxious of things I am facing today. Chose a yoga channel but it didn't help much in reducing my anxiety level. Then I came across this video in my library, decided to do this one.. The range of movements in this video just did wonder! I am feeling much calmer and focused now.
