Hi Pepperland, so google crawled some of our pages prior to us setting up a canonical tag. That's since been resolved - canonical tags are in place. Should we Submit to Index? Or leave for Google to recrawl in their own time? (It's been a few weeks and these pages are still listed under "Submitted URL not selected as canonical"). Thanks!

Quick question. On a blog site, e.g. WordPress, would the canonical tag have to appear on all posts and pages? Or would you just add it to the default or index page? Thanks.

I face this issue to my regional URL, Google canonicalize regional URL over International URL. I dont know how to fix this. Because both URL still important

Urg, this is driving me bonkers. My website homepage is required to have a name on Google sites, so I gave it a name. Now my homepage is coming up as Duplicate without user selected canonical. Google thinks that because my homepage without the specific name is the exact same as the one with the name it should have this error. This is one of the most absurd ideas I've ever seen Google do. Not even Google's own products work in conjunction with one another.
